Abstract :

Physical and chemical properties of flaxseed were studied as a function of moisture content. The geometric properties increased with increasing moisture content. The bulk density, rupture force, deformation and energy absorbed decreased linearly while true density, porosity, thousand seed mass, angle of repose and static coefficient of friction increased linearly with increasing moisture content.
